Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted online?

Unfortunately once you have submitted your order you will be unable to change delivery address.

Delivery Cancellations

You are unable to cancel deliveries once orders have been dispatched and any unwanted goods will need to be returned. On receipt of the delivery please contact Customer Service team to arrange for a returns authorisation reference number. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery of goods. 

You may also use the cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Do I have to be there to sign for my delivery?

Orders sent via China Mail will not require a signature although someone may need to be home to accept the delivery should the packaging be too large to post. Deliveries made by courier will always require a signature.

What is China Post?

fancyrui has partnered with China Post to bring you a new same day delivery service and add even more convenience to your shopping experience with fancyrui. The fancyrui and China Post partnership provides a same day delivery service for reservations, letting you arrange for your reservation to be collected from a fancyrui store and delivered to your home or office at a time convenient to you.

Can I have a separate delivery address to my billing address?

The Address you gave when you first registered your fancyrui account online is your invoice or card holder address. You may change your delivery address after your first order, but your invoice or card holder address must always match the address registered to any card you use on this site. To amend your delivery details you first need to be logged into your account.

There is a discrepancy with my delivery

Should you have any query regarding the delivery of your order, this should be made to fancyrui within 30 calendar days after your order/despatch or from receiving a credit account statement.

Should you need to contact us with regard to the contents of your order, whether you have missing, incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us. We have a 365 day product quality 'no quibble guarantee' (proof of purchase required). Should your product experience a fault, simply return it within a year for an exchange, credit note or full refund.
